No, you dont need. You have no rights. You are not a member of a top faction or, God forbid, a hermit! You dont chat with Jorb in PM and your donations are weak.

You cant be any good compared to big factions. Never. LadyGoo said that, she knows best.

Now go bring some food to the market, take your coins, buy glass beads and be happy. Or better go kill yourself.

Only because you can't be a 1 man faction doesn't mean you shouldn't have any voice in the community.

Haha, what a scrub. Jorb responds to anyone who writes a PM to him. I personally know people that he was patiently responding to in regards of their character loss (0 post count guys).
Moreover, it is obvious that they do not listen to people based on their origins, membership and etc. If you cannot provide a broad, comprehensive feedback that helps them to understand what is lacking in the game, it is your own problem. Why haven't you written anything regarding to how stat caps are affecting your life for the good? The only thing they have seen are the people who are writing about their issues with the stat caps. You have had a couple of months long opportunity to contest and oppose the ideas you dislike.
Hermits cannot compete with larger factions. Yeah, they most likely know nothing about PvP, or sieges, or anything else. But they can tell the devs how do they feel, act, work around the bits like this. Whether the game is hard to understand, where exactly, how could it be improved. Your dislikes or likes. Treat it as you are writing a university paper or a synopsis. As in: provide the overview of the situation, highlight the problems, show some evidence, suggest your solutions in the final paragraphs.
No-one will take you seriously, if all your arguments are basically whining, trolling, bitching and etc.

My quest tree;

 ... I'm assuming I'd need vandalism to interact with it?

Another odd thing ... one of my quests suddenly popped up marked in red saying my quest had failed ... I wasn't even doing quests at the time so have no idea why it failed, was it because someone chopped down the tree?

With a bit more thought process and a hefty dose of imagination quests could be a lot more fun and not quite so repetitive, as exploring and wandering about are my favourite pastimes I've been enjoying travelling around and completing them, I also found some salt and two unclaimed ice spires! :D

They do badly need more variety though in both actions and hosts, which I'm sure will come at some point, there are so many things you could do with it! :)

As someone who was against the introduction of more magic I'm loving the new hearth magic! Lol ... Esp the curio, slotting and fire starting ones! :D

Shame to see Kaios and Burgi go ... thanks guys btw for your efforts, I appreciated them and Kaios was a fun mod, I always saw him as the future Sabi ... once he got his emotions under control. :) It's been fun reading some of his responses and reasons. :D

Potjeh was just shocking! :x

As a hermit in terms of competition, the stats cap doesn't affect me tbh, but for the game I was initially very much against it and one of my reasons was that it does encourage long term play, however, it does also work against attracting new players and never ending growth does end up getting to ridiculous heights by the factions and they tire of it too. I do think it's a tough issue to deal with, I don't have an answer, but, what I will say is the stat cap is not the main reason for all the other issues with the game and why people have been steadily leaving, as they do every world ... there are more important issues. In fairness though you are trying to pls two different types of main players, those who want to race to the top, eradicate any form of opposition, raise everything and fight to control the map/resources/world and then once they acquire it get bored and want to start again vs those who have a more relaxed attitude and want to socialise, farm, design and live a basically peaceful life for ever and ever, :) , and I have come to the conclusion after six years here that it is impossible to balance tbh ... but hey, kudos on keep trying! :)

Can we please discuss how bullshit it is that stat caps have been removed but added character development rate for paying remains the same? Maybe it was fine with the caps since it was just a temporary boost until your character was complete but now It's literally p2w please fix

It wasnt about Jorb doesnt respond. I believe he does. It was about some people lobbying their own interests that way.

I have some doubts about it based on some facts.

Hermits dont care about anything. Was speaking mostly about minor factions, "middle class". Statcap was a boost for them against top factions.

Are people supposed to be writing about how good the FEP system is just to try and prevent the devs from yanking it out? That's not how people work. When they don't like something they complain, but when they're content they stay quiet.
