  • The Altar of Ruin has been removed for now.
  • If you get hit by a cave-in you receive serious damage. The Miner's Helm negates such damage, but is consumed in the process.
  • Snow now melts.

If you're going to do this, cave walls really shouldn't be able to collapse, as there is potential for collapses you can't predict.

So is the wilderness beacon used to spawn friends near you? Or what's the purpose?

You mean the natural cave walls? The ones that don't show what type of stone/ore is in it that are created by mapgen?

Yes, the ones where there is often no way to predict if they're stable or not

Could you reduce cost during the first day or two of the server? That's at least 30 minutes of waiting if you intend to start at the same time.

Snow melts ...

So no more everlasting snowmen as decor ... :(

Does snow on the top of a mountain melt too? If so, does it ever come back again?

Also, thinking about the ways how we could abuse the system:

1. People will build offensive idols next to enemy villages. Dry a brick-walled pocket nearby, build catapults inside. Move it out, make a shot, move it in and repair.
2. As a defensive measure, people will have an exterior idol circle, which encloses the inner village idols. Therefore, to take down a big village it would take you weeks of non-stop gameplay and high chance of fail, since you would have to start another cycle of siege from 0 on a claimed land.
3. Consequently, the inner circle village will have a healthy and active charter stone, which would be able to transport all the items.

I agree with the others above me. If you want to go completely safe, even though it requires more work, there should be a way to do this. Please make the natural layer in caves not cause cave-ins.

Keeping the costs as is will minimize abuse. Lowering will be asking for trouble
