Ok if you seen me weirded out and upset and all.. First ill say, welcome to my pain. Now ill say, take a deep breath.

Past cows what is the wonder meat... if you take a moment to look. Yes chicken, and thay are gues what, easier to keep and raise now food wise. I give a long list of what a chicken do for you, but you likely can find that very easily.

This change shifts the game in a way that does make sense, unpaid players should at the top raise chickens (rabbits and rats if they could be as well), as a main meat sorce. Now you paying players, well you get the cats meow, so it costs a bit more, adjust. You have the time limit needed to support your key livr stock, now it means its just that much more worth it to you. There is now way I can tame and maby even feed a bull in 7 hours a week, yet now I can run two chicken coops a week and not waste a much grain.

Think of it, its a new balance, one that means you hand are lovely devs the cahs they need. Your cows will eb fat and plump as they should be.

yes I have, its has been the fastest way to feed two coops worth of 4 chickens (one with a 5th for a cock). Then I add a crop of left overs from hemp ect... I grow pumkins faster then i get to use them. Last game time i made 2 jack o lanterns in order to use up wax, to use up pumpkins, and I get even get the to the village I am a part of. yes My own village even stole from me and wants to make up for it. Why? I can grow 1.5k barley a week or more, and it mainly goes to my chickens for the past two weeks. Them chicken are my meat source, my bread and butter, this change helps that> Means I can make more hardy food (and look at my one character, she has a lot of con in fact).

There is the I am glade, i can even do this. Why complain when you can do more?

all of that is dumb, sorry bud, but it's just dumb, who gives a shit if I'm a paying player or not, I'm a player that has a 45 hour a week job and a girlfriend I like to spend time with, and overnight my cows eat their entire trough of food, forcing me to slaughter the majority of the animals I worked hard for in what time I have spare, but that's fine because now you can have 2 chicken coops?

On the other hand, if I were to just make a 40x40 beet field and run a bot harvesting it (which I don't even have access to, but I'm sure plenty of people do) I'd be sitting pretty... having to spend 2 hours harvesting beets every day just to maintain more than a few cows is ridiculous, it's not an issue of whether or not you're playing with a paid account or for free, it's an issue of making the game fun and balanced.
Oh boy, here I go cheesemaking again...

already culled all my animals :/ dont have time to run the calculations but theoretically, if we stop animals from breeding, the food requirement will go down tremendously?

They eat 5 times the amount when pregnant, if im reading the notes right.
Guess the quality of cows is going to be terrible unless you bot or like to spend X hours feeding X pregnant cows to try and get X results.

There are three options.

  • Rollback to monday.
  • Revert to initial formula.
  • Leave things as they are now and let the chips fall where they may.

Option 4th, a new world...
Seriously, this thing is going to ruin entire world and ppls are going to quit... It's so damn unfair, these who were at the game, got 100+ ql ores and are op, like we got around 30 ql ore playing since the world has started... They will have so much adventaged above everyone like months of playing...
I think you really should consider creating a new world because: I think you would loose less players than now... if those we wake up and read this that some ppls got 100 ql ore cuz of 40 min bug [more will quit]...
I do not think they will keep playing because they got sooo big adventage, but if all ppls start once again I think you would loose some ppls, but not that much as now... :/

others paying or not paying doesnt make much difference to me because its more about time management. the thing is if farming cattle means much more work load than we are used to because of the crops growth speed, it only encourages botting or non-botters feel like being punished for not botting. that shouldnt be the way devs wanted this game to be. needless to mention that we also need calves intestines now for more things than we ever did. if working normal hours in real life and playing casually means no more access to cheese and jewelry, then RAEG. that said, mind you, i havent managed to play enough to raise animals yet so far, im not sure myself of the best balance, and im only judging this by the numbers devs showed in comparison to legacy.

they have already given the final statement.
