Having played more with the system It's growing on me nicely. It's perfectly possible to reproduce bonuses from before the patch, you just can't do it on a single item. That +40 farming from a druid robe for example will need to spread across a full wardrobe, but now we also have the capability to add +40 marksmanship/survival/exploration etc via a dedicated wardrobe.
I think there's still a lot of room for tweaking/expanding and some of the affinities make very little sense to me right now but in general the system is quite fun to play with.

in my opinion I think it's rather lame and annoying to be required to carry around or switch between multiple sets of gear while you're crafting

Jorb, when bringing back wardrobes: please let us configure somehow which slots to swap out, I really don't want to create a dozend merc robes for my character like I had to in legacy to use wardrobes.

In hindsight of the last patches I think you (DEVS) need to stop on adding more stuff and sit and work on the food/beverages and glides.

1. Foods
- I think there should be more foods with +2stats.
- balance more the satiation vs hunger vs feps - some foods are just worthless.
- give us a way to reduce beverages satiations

2. Glides
- Give more glides
- More variety among them
- do something about the 2slot items (ex. a glide succesfully slotted in a 2slot item gives double bonus)

Stop a moment and balance the recent changes. Bring some balance to the above areas. Right now there are worthless foods, worthless capes, and so on.

Revert stat suppression from our old gear, add gilding with a significantly lower bonus? And some more adjustments.

This plus determinable slots per object, instead of variable.

Honestly, this idea isn't completely bad. We might've compared it to Salem too fast - here, you can't just fail gilding anything. You aren't left with something 100% useless, just not as good as it could be.

Still, it's grindy (need to make a ton of different sets for different stats, make a ton of them to make them at least good etc.) as fuck and more grind equals less fun. Some changes should be made, but this system is not even that bad.

Was this game sold to Sony? I thought they got out of the online gaming scene?
