I can't say anything certain but IIRC all other resets have been somewhere around 18.00 UTC.

by the way, is 'credo farming' on alts still a thing? passing over credo progress when inheriting doesn't seem like a bad idea, especially early world, when every bonus matters. I'm a bit out of th loop, so any information would be helpful

IIRC - it might sometimes be best to wait until later in the world to complete your credos, because they add to your base skill level, of which points get more and more LP-intensive over the world.

Yes, but it also gets easier and easier to gain LP as you get higher Int and higher q curios/better "technology" curios.

That's a point I've been trying to figure out--"When's the best time to start doing credos." Best answer I can come up with "As soon as you get the 10k LP for the first one." The other thing you'll have to look at is how much time you'll have to actually start doing the quests. No point spending those LP on nothing if you can't put them to use if you're too busy base building and searching for ore or whatever.

I can't guarantee anything but IIRC people got sort of a "loyalty rewards" when world reset previously. Also Subscription rewards have also changed so you'll get a Hat (or Hats depending how expensive subscription you purchase) that won't be available anymore after the reset. Again I'm only recalling what has happened before, nothing I've said is for certain.
