Some players care about the game and creating a fun and fair environment for all, some don't. It's all good.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't meant it as an offense. I'm just stating that I fall into the "more casual/average player that won't be affected because would always be on the base of the food chain anyway". That's what I meant with "I don't care". I understand what it means for the game, but I also see why a rollback would've been more catastrophic for a big chunk of the community that would hate to lose 3 days of hard job (without alts or bots) to correct something that will, honestly, affect only the most hardcore part of the community.

I understand the point, and I know how a rollback would've been healthier for the game on the long run. But I also must say that the truth is that even though we can foresee chaos, there's no certainity of that. As for me, though, the outcome was the best possible. I didn't lose my progress and the change won't affect me much. That's what I meant, sorry if it sounded otherwise.

Besides, all things are ephemeral. The mistakes of today won't matter much when Valhalla comes and World 9 arrives :P

Treefarmer is still a very important job. Your treepots will be a bit better now.

1. leather - why you need high q leather? Maybe few pices for Plate armours and b12, easily done with decent bear hides. And It doesn't really matter if Q gets cut by 6 or 10. And in the end leather is 1/8 of total armor q .....

2. food - You kidding right? What food production? Apples for pies? Or You mean that few 0.1 hunger reduction from better substance?

3. clothes - can you elaborate what clothes you have in mind except spruce cap?
Colorless is the lack of color. It values logic, power, answers to questions, design, apathy, and complication. It does not care about winning or loosing, its goal is simply to survive, upgrade and preserve its existance. Colorless is the jack of all trades, master of none

Have you been reading the posts here or what? 3 days of whatever type of work someone did during the work week versus the past two months of hardcore quality grind. A rollback would be more catastrophic, you say? Half the people commenting don't even realize the implications, a rollback would cause everyone to lose a lot of hard work but much less than what has been lost now.

Could we get a base HP buff to counteract the effect of ql 100 steel swords showing up suddenly, maybe?

You still need trees for some curios, take solace in that :)

what if this world lasts long enough? what if devs implement something new using leathers?
ore q still has its ceiling, its just that the ceiling is a lot higher now, but not like it forever rises like tree q (literally) does.

You can fuel ovens with coal, so food is out of the question.

You can also make curding tubs and cheese trays out of coal too? And your butter churn is also coal?
