Are winderness beacons new? Ive only ever used hearth secrets... How do you go about creating/using one? Also when spawning a new character, whats the "charter stone" with the deer skull?

How does 300 cap work? I can get every attribute and every skill to 300 or the sum of all skills/attributes can't exceed 300?

Is there information on Ring of Brodgar? I dont want my friends to quit 5 minutes into the game and not return because I cant walk them through the start of the game. Have hearth secrets been removed?

This is what jorb said it takes to make them.
I assume once the ingame player named and lights it the friend can put that name in char creation area like the old HF
