Planned downtime: Server move

Well well, we do seem to be back, without a hitch and three hours in advance of the announced time.

I'll wait an hour or so with restarting the game server in case something happens (as we'd have a partial rollback in case the server suddenly loses power).

Hetzner have confirmed that the move is completed, so I guess it's time to restart.
