As far as i got it: they don't, for both the time will run like in any subscription game, being on- or offline dosn't matter.
Difference seems to be that subscription is account based while the time can be given to someone else ingame.
if i got it correctly

It is nice to rest your weary bones from time to time. It is nice to lay down your burdens. It is nice to have a seat.

I would've payed a one time fee or tried it out at some point but why buy stuff from some one who insults customers and doesn't care about thier opinions? Best of luck to Loftar, he's not so bad. I hope you get the kinks worked out.

Well people decided to be rude first to be fair

Personally I dint think the price is too high, and they are offering a one time payment plan thats just fine if your unwilling to support the work, the price is subject to change as more people put in their vote, but Im fine with it, I feel after what has it been 8 years? they deserve it

Also, this poll is just to see the general consensus, nothing is set in stone

Gods of monetization. I've spend 6 weeks of my life for old H&H. That's near $75 in count in new P2P system. 9 month with 4 hours everyday playing. You think you are Blizzard or CCP? You didn't even compile your game client to exe-file.

Still, why would you play a game at all if you knew you were only going to have it for a while and not pay to play it after that time was over?
