It sounds weird that Haven is the only game having trouble with this, but it sure *seems* as though Intel GPUs have a bug in their sign() function.

EDIT: Pushed work-around for the apparent sign() bug. Custom clients can also pull it. I still find it weird, but the problem is most certainly localized to that function.

Yeah, sorry - reread it now. I'd like to know that too, but probably it's just mining related.

Enjoy!

I have a question about troll (never mined a lot pre world 8 so never seen them).
How do they spawn? They can pop out from a mining tile i am digging? Or mining might add their spawn to their area and not rly spawning it on your face?
Asking because I dont know if my miner should also be a combat melee char to at least be able to run from them without losing a char.

Legacy haven logic was spawn them when you mining tile randomly and very rare. Spawn them like common animals in the cave will be more logically correct, yes, but not so interesting.

As explained above they used to spawn when mining and were rare. However with new version I'm sure Jorb and Loftar added some twists somewhere along the lines. Who knows now. However I can imagine the first reports will be read with much interest.

Does it means we can finally have buckets look different depending of the type of wood they made with?

so yeah. It runs at speed running speed. and aggro when in range. farthest i managed to find out was 5 blocks. It attacks as soon as it spawns. It cant be aggro'd from a distance with the attack action. 5 people died in the experiment. Image

PS: Running animation of the troll looks good. It seems to be dragging its hands.
I have vague memories of tying a woman up and throwing her in a dungeon.
