If SoS doesnt get nerfed im personally not gonna bother playing next world

People were also defending archery when it was one tapping everyone, people were also against adding raw hide to the game, I've personally sugessted a lot of pvp balance changes like the agi equalization and ua/mc equalization even though I was the one benefiting from the old formulas, I could benefit from SoS being overpowered but I'd rather keep the game fun, you know? W10 it was almost literally the same thing with Sting, you guys nerfed the blue openning because it was OP, why wont you do the same to SoS? I don't get it, its an AOE move thats better in 1v1 than single target decks, its just retarded

Trust me when I say there is only 1 correct opinion on SoS and its kind of a shame you and jrob too far removed from your own combat system to figure it out youreself

You might as well not have a combat system if you have SoS. Its not overly dramatic to say it completely ruins the pvp game. The reason you hear any voices to the contrary at all is because obviously why wouldnt the downtrodden plebs want a system which throws the whole combat system out the window? If all you need to do is hammer 1 key with no skill or gear requirement or communication what more could a noob ask for? All you have to do as get as many randoms as possible to hammer that 1 button and whoever has more wins

I say this as someone who abused the fuck out of it all world and got meteor with it etc. There's no outplaying it. It's 1 button spam to win and whoever has more wins. Zero coordination required.

Hope you tested that when more than one seed will sprout?
Tree or bush seeds dropped to the ground should have a non-zero chance of sprouting when decaying away.

All of the people I've seen publicly supporting SoS:
-Literally 4 people from whatever bay, suspiciously the single lowest group in the power ranking

Not sure:
-Koreans, as I don't speak gook
-Norsca, 2lzy to ask but safe to assume they hate it too

Even with my "zerg," Storm of Swords is the *rare exception* in PvP decks. Snail's *list* above is mostly fabricated, consists mostly of his Snail/London alliance, isn't based on any real analysis of other groups rather just taking a SNIPPET from a conversation with one person from a group to represent them having a consensus on it.

There's a reason B12 KITO/Opp Knocks/Cleave is and has been the meta for years.
Any review of the actual data on player combat and/or moves will quite easily demonstrate that.

I've thought, maybe roll all three into a generic "Combat Stat", that way no respecs would be required. Dunno, might be stupid though.

either make SoS create a different opening color than it needs to deal damage, or make it significantly more expensive to use (both cooldown and IP wise)

the fact that two (2) mouth breathers can PM you guys and somehow turn this into a "controversial discussion" is an embarrassment, and i cannot fathom in which fully developed human brain the concept of "spam one (1) move and win" could check out as leading to a balanced and fun combat experience

Every conversation I’ve had with (non WB) pvpers has given me consensus that SOS is op, and it’s not hard to see why.

The “game” of pvp is knowing when to either use moves that create large openings or moves that reward big damage for reaching high openings and SOS does both, and it is even more excellent in multicombat, AND ZigZag ruse being the best yellow reduction means its IP cost is effectively 0 especially in multi.

the “other side” of the “argument” has no rebuttals to any of this besides the hilariously ironic “you guys are just using numbers to push this thing that benefits you” and of course beating the “let low skill players win” drum.

Literally just host a poll and watch 1000 hermits with 2 posts since 2014 come out of the woodwork “for some reason”.
