If you are actually aware of what moderation actions are being taken, this is kind of the issue with noneck. A random villager/friend/accomplice of his shouldn't be in the know whilst the people who have attempted to communicate with him (in this thread) are left in the dark.

For what it's worth it's part of the reason why I'd suggest someone like DDDsDD999. Guy separates his discord moderation responsibilities in the old discord from his personal associations VERY well.
