Im pretty sure that devs dont know either. It will begin when it is ready. They might have some problems with deploying it as they sometimes do. Which takes some extra time.

Just to plan a little ahead and not sit in front of the monitor hitting "refresh" on the server status page since 4 a.m. if the start is planned for approximately evening.

I just wish we had some confirmation about whether or not will surface ore boulders be gone or mostly gone. I'd love if that happened, they served no purpose other than rush a lot of the early game phases.
