But the problem isn't how much it cost or how much are we willing to pay.
The problem is that HnH was already an almost dead game, with a few hundred of players online, and my fear is that this is going to limit even more the amount of players in the game, damaging the whole concept of being in a massive multi player online game.
But all of this is just speaking of the players that were already into the game, we already know that the game is good, we already know that the game is worth paying it, but for new players this model is a disaster. I can't get my friends to accept such conditions and there's no sense on playing this game all alone.
I dont see how its a disaster. You can play for free for 48 hours. Then 12 hours a month after that.
Then you can verify your account that gives you 36 hours a month. For 15 Dollars. LESS than any MMO on the market to purchase. (Verifying the Account is the same as purchasing the game)
Then a sub fee. Which atleast in my country is less than any other MMO out there.
This model is the best ive seen and im not kidding. I hate DLC and money grabs.
This is not a money grab. The only people that are complaining are cheapskates.
The entry level of this game is way harder than most of any mmo on the market, new players need to play the game until they get the hang of it before passing through any payment wall, they won't come back one month later it they don't understand what's going on with the game.
And it isn't just a matter of understanding the game, the terms of this subscription model are misleading and even after paying for the game you still feel like playing it for free,
HnH is a time consuming game and if your time runs out, everything you have
will rot if you don't come back to maintain it.
Paying to play the game for one hour per day isn't enough.
And don't go saying that the only people that are complaining are cheapskates, that's roughly half of the game community.
