OK now i'll cry please nerft 1hit KO swords and B12. After 2 month jobtar will reduce 1200 dmg from b12 to 300 dmg and swords will do 150. Oki doki. lets wait. and then turtle fights will began.

why do you not understand that you can put up defenses to block these b12/sword hits but you cant do anything to block a bow 1hit the logic is completely there and its completely ok

@enjoyment the whole community thought bows needed a hard nerf except a few pro archers guys like maslow but some werent as vocal about it as us crybabiez hueue

if they add the test server combat to the game turtle fights will begin as well seems they r inevitable tbh, crie erytiem

Instead of crying over meaningless meta-issues I suggest y'all spend your time and energy making thoughtful posts about where archery should be/go. More constructive discussion that way.

There were a tons of constructive discussions on forum last month. And what the point of them? You just nerfed archery. (

you people crying about an archery nerf not being justified clearly arent playing the game enough or are only hunting with bows

open ur eyes you cant seriously think something that easily bypasses a whole combat system and can take away months of work in 1second without anyway to defend against it is fair

Id say archery have to be deadly like close weapons are, when u do not have deff. So vs bows there have to be somekind of move(shield def to avoid dmg, or somekind of dodge on run to avoid hits at all) . So you could defend agains arrows on range. So you could run away from horse archer and win time.

Now with this turle aiming on battlefield there is no chance to do anything. U can just run cyrcles with warrior arround archer. he will never be able to aim and hit moving target. that is critical. Even more critical then dramatically reduced dmg and delay after arrow realise.

ill agree the aimspeed seems a bit too slow, but other than that i cant think of 1 problem with this change

None of that discussion reflected these changes, however, as they were made just now. And, again, we didn't just nerf archery. We increased accuracy significantly.

Just to clarify, is it possible now to hit someone effectively with an arrow in, say, 30 tiles distance? 40? 70?

"warriors running circles around an archer and not letting him aim at them properly". What a brilliant argument.

If the accuracy is increased significantly, as Jorb already mentioned 2 or 3 times, maybe archers will now be really ranged damagers, instead of being "just enough range to not get hit in melee" damagers? Think about it and stop throwing a tantrum 'cause bad developers taken away your favorite toy.

Minor tweaks may be in order, to do some "fine tuning" of all this PvP/PvE/damage/aim speed/mounted/on foot mess. Other than that, the more I read this thread - the more I am convinced that the update was, to say the least, a huge step in the right direction.

JORB, what a point of accuracy if you can't aim. If you can't do serious damage. Maybe you can explain to me, maybe im stupid? Can i ask - did you even tryed to aim with bow after this update? 10sec to aim with MAX MM+MM stat stuff. A warrior can spin like 4 cycrles arround you before you could do actual damage. And what about moving on ground with draw bow. what for this now? your aiming bar is on 0% when u moving. That's how mechanics works nowadays?

Maybe i do not uderstand smth, but i think with this update you actually JUST TOTALLY NERFED archery :(
