I see it differently, terminating the accounts (not only the characters) of everyone who ate this would IMHO be the method of choice.

IMHO it's good way to have possible exploit informers in future by just wiping the chars that had benifits from exploits ...

Yes, character deletions solve only that issue.. doesn't solve wish to abuse more.

Also, do check those trees. Maybe they still contain that bug (from looking at the fished up axe at the start - they might)

A few days ago i was hanging around one of the villages mentioned and got KO'd by one of them (tracked the scents later). I think i put up a fair fight. He stole my thanes and other good stuff.
Wondering if anything could be done for people in similar situations resulting from this incident?
