Fuck off with those bats! They are not doing anything! Bats just denying ability of less leveled players (noobs like me) to mine caves, to have better tools, to level more.
This is fucking pointless, they aggro from like 10-15 tiles when you are walking on lovest speed and there is NEVER a situation when you can just avoid them.

Bats are far more dangerous than bears, one bear will rarely kill you, he will just KO you and maybe hit you one more time, if he in bad mood, but bats will fucking kill you, because first one will KO you, and second, third, n-bat will hit you one more time for your HHP.
AND BEARS DONT DENY YOU ANYTHING! They can spawn near your village or inside of it if you don't have claim BUT IT WILL HAPPEN FOR LIKE 1 IN 1000 TIMES - BATS THERE EVERY FUCKING TIME DENYING YOU FROM ACCESSING HUGE PART OF VILLAGE AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. Just because "someone" felt a little smug (someone who made palisade made of wood and then changed it for everybody else who didn't managed to settle up to have one, someone who added EXP system, so farmers and miners will have no way to level up, someone who made hunger system, so miners will allways have like 25% FEP, because they have to eat so god damn much, etc.).
I'm Ok with unfrienldy game, permadeath, no hand helding for new players, but this is not "unfriendly" this is "anti-friendly" developers actively make the game as frustrating and hard for some category of people (hermits, noobs, slow players) as they can and favor big communities, whom they tried to actively destroy with no HS spavning and no party arrow in first days.

I think you need to calm down. FEP problem for miners, experience for farmers, and bats are all things that can be worked around and adapted to.
I do agree that bats are a bit of a nauseance and are bit too tough (or they were till yesterday, didn't have a chance to play after the patch) but it's not the end of the world

As long as your game were free - I didn't gave a shit what you are doing with it.
When you nuked villages, "didn't noticed" bugs with rams and other game breaking stuff, handed dev items to people, actively interfered with gameplay - nobody was really mad, because game were free and game were yours.
Now you asking me for money. Actively asking me for money to have more game time, to have a chance to compete with other people. I'm not demanding you to make game comfortable, I just want you to think, before you making stuff that cuts some people from part of the game, just because you felt so. Those bats took you maybe two or three hours to make, probably even less. And they are pointless, they don't do shit, they just making game harder for some players.
Isn't collapsing wall isn't enough to add some risk for mining? Isn't trolls isn't enough? Atleast both collapses and trolls serve some purpose, adding something to gameplay. Bats add nothing.

Whatever, man, I'll be nicer. Bats add a ton. Just because you have some mild problems with them maybe you don't need to be all ragey about it. They add food, variance and ambiance to the caves, something to actually find in there, a new hide type, &c&c&c.
