As someone who lost two characters in the wizards raid I feel entitled to request some reasonable compensation too. I do know that I lack Bob's notoriety in the community, I do know that my characters stats were probably negligible compared to Bob's but also I do not have the amount of time to sink in this game like he has. I do have though the same love for this game as everyone else around here.

I do realise that the two cases are not quite similar, hence the amount of reasonable may differ. Up to you devs.

There are plenty of wall jump bugs still out there.

Because multiple players in Hiroshima live in other towns on what could be called their main characters.
It's not an alt town in the traditional sense that it's alts all from one town, but rather that players from various different groups have alts there to raid and now abuse in freedom

Our mains live there, so how is this an alt town?

If the gates were left open, then trusting in J&L's shaky visitor mechanics is somewhat silly. Like leaving a locked screen door to protect an open bank vault. I don't know the actual facts of the events firsthand, so not a clue. Good luck sorting this mess out.

I guess the real lesson to be garnered from this is to not trust the defense mechanics of the game, and just play casually, since any and all work you do can potentially be dismantled if you trust the system as it works in the game...and don't read pages upon pages of forums to see where the actual problem is with your game's mechanics. :?:

Really sounds like a reworking/removing of visitor buff is in order, so people aren't relying on something that doesn't work properly.
