I never really posted here before. Looks like it will be my first and maybe the last one.

First of all I'll point it again that ruble and other CIS country currencies are at constant fall atm. And the pricetag is getting higher and higher by the minute. Not taking that in consideration will just have you to loose quite large bunch or potentialy paying customers. And the problem is that if for example some of my friends I got to play this game will stop playing I will too. Even if I personally will have enough money which I am not sure of. You asking much for a game which has many glitches, lags, wipes, server downtimes and so on.

For those suggesting that I should try my "trial" time before deciding... Well... I tried to create a character for 3 times and never had a chance to leave tutorial zone because of server crash. But I see that others were much more successfull.

I've been playing long time ago on World 3, 4 and 5. Now I was about to return and see if there were something new to it. But seeing that is about to become p2p with some pricetag as high as this I can just imagine the responce of my friends I could've returned to the game or a new ones I was about to bring with me. "Are you serious? No... Just no." - something around those lines. The game was good for free. But is it as good for 10$/month? (You can't seriously expect someone to pay 72$ or so for it here just to get a discount...)

Not that I can't see the good work that was done... But we are at bargaining point now. It goes like this:
- I can't buy your carrots (game) for so high. My purse is not as fat as it was a year or two ago. Could you please lower the price?
- No. Buy it as it is.
- Oh... I see... Sorry. (Leaves and goes to the other grocery).

:(

Have you already answered a question why you decided not to say anything about including store in haven?

Hardcore MMOs is a bad choice for earning money. If you want to earn money, you should make something that actually earns money. HnH will not earn you much, because of the game's nature. Do you know many successful hardcore MMOs? Even EVE is fairly obscure. The game is a hard work, and is full of dramas, and while there were people like me, that liked it for free, I doubt most of them will stay. Especially Eastern European community.

I've thought of developers of games like these as a people that actually have a job unrelated to the game. Hardcore MMOs are their hobby, so they can actually do what they want and not what will net the most money for them. It is really weird that you thought you can monetize the game like this. Not even a middle ground with buy-to-play (which would be acceptable) and cosmetic items, but straight pay-to-play (no, other options won't work, 36 hours a month is nothing for a game like this, with 100 hours we can talk, but not less)

I've been waiting for rick roll, but there were none. A shame.

We're trying this out for a while first. We'll see what happens. :)

World is big and if players went far from starting point (it seems that all spawn in some area) then it would be impossible to find friends and this will means "losing interest to play" for those who can't play in team with their friends. (what is already happened for 2 of my friends who spend 2h of trying to find us and now logged out and not going to back until this mechanics will be changed)

Your signature is invalid. $10/$15 isn't the problem its the fact that after reading from older members of the community. All those years of playing Haven they never really cared or updated the game. So what sais they're going to do that now? They may have spent the last 2 years creating what we have now, but I wish to know my money is being used for a good cause.

But I still have my free play time so I'm all ears until the end of that time, I'm actually enjoying this new version apart from all the berry bushes they seem quite pointless at the moment :P

And the only reason people played HH was free-play, hardcore and dramas everywhere?

asking for "eternal alpha" like for well-developed WoW seens...weird at least.

No1 said that you don`t deserve reward for your efforts. We are trying to say that you are crazy with prices AND should talk about P2P beforehand.

Ok, the argument, "But, sir, your game -- which I may or may not have played the living daylights out of for the past seven years -- is and was always a lagging, bugging pile of dung that was never worth a dime, so you might as well gib 4 free, pl0x" doesn't really impress me.

If the game is so terrible then why do you want to play it so badly? :)

Ohh... it`s not about game is bad. i specially pointed out good things of HH1. But it was ver raw and unpolished. So game was very ok for "free eteranal alpha" And we all were happy bet... alfa-testers

And now we see HH2. Again raw and unpolished AND P2P. Ok. we clearly understand, that servertime, programmer-hours, electricity and so on costs money. I think all playerbase agree that you did a great job with updating HH.

But we really not ready to be alpha-testers AND paying like for AAA title.

We are ok with one-time buying copy of game or mild sub-costs. But paying more than for WoW? ($ xchange involved) Lol no,

AND above all that, P2P wil severly limit online. So we will be left with AAA-cost for... 50-100 top online? There will be nothing to do literarily. No fights, no dramas, no full-scale wars... nothing. Only grinding carrot q.

See the picture now?

speak for yourself... you are not ready! oh and why don't you play a AAA title ?
