The new game is gorgeous love the flattening and paving system and I'm sure I'll love farming and whatever else works with area tools. I want to tame horses and build a farm and a nice big city with like minded people, trade or be self sufficiently communistic. I want to build roads though I'd rather they be actual roads than just signs and I want bridges and terraforming and I'll bitch until loftar implements them but I'll play anyway even if I don't have the time I once had.

Such praise from Avu's lips. That really means something. Frame it and hang it over your bed, JLo ;)

Couldn't agree more btw.

it should be buy the game for 20 or more dollars. since there were already around 1,500+ players. Let's say that they all payed $20+, so the developers would have in return $30,000+.
And if you stupidly delete the game, pay again. So it would be steady income of $300 a month (more or less).

Or something like that, I don't know. I would rather pay more for the full game for unlimited gameplay.

why would someone pay more the 20$ for this game if you can buy H1Z1 for 19.99$ rather?

Hey jorb, yesterday was probably the first time I posted on these forums, despite playing H&H on and off for years.

First I would like yo say that I am very impressed with Hafen so far. The differences on building, storage, food, and so on were pretty cool so far, and the amount of different items (berries, rocks, wood) is almost overwhelming. Congratulations on that.

And then, about the store. I don't mind having a paid model for Hafen (especially after being able to enjoy a fraction of the huge work you guys did on the past years), but you really should review either the prices or at least the free time. 12 hours monthly is a ridiculous short amount of time, especially because it's much harder to group up (which is a thing I like, mind you), and you can "lose" quite some time just find friends and partners, and the first 48 can be easily spent in less than a week. If you changed it to 8 or 12 hours every week it would be much more pleasant. Now for the prices, they are a bit high for an alpha game, honestly (even if at this point it is so big that if you get it stable, it can easily be called a Beta). If you made Tokens for something like 8 or 10 dollars, and the basic sub something around 7 or 5, it would be much more accessible. Or you could make it even lower (but still keep the p2p) and invest heavily onto cosmetic selling (which would work really well on Hafen imho).

And I know the forums are a pain right now, but do try to avoid the "kindly fuck off" thing, I find it hard to believe that it will help somehow, even if it makes you feel better for a moment. If a post deserves a "fuck off" reply, it is better to just not reply at all.

I really think you should consider making a dev post clarifying how the payment model works, as some of the sections are slightly confusing, and stressing that this is the first trial for the store and that is up to changes (something you did multiple times on this thread, but I did not see it anywhere else), this information is really important.

I do wish good luck and hope loftar find this pesky bug soon so I can go back to playing this game.
