PS. It wasn't happening before. Game keeps working, until I click close on java error report but I can't do any actions.

1. Might be the cause as recently there was java update and shit started to go down few days after it.

2. Yeah I've set it, tried old ender client and union client and it works there. Crash happens only on char change. Rechecked default after them and even trying to craft cone cow or riding ants brings 99,99% chance for crash.

hmm it's an ogg sound file ... you might try downloading it and drop it at the certain folder structure (/sfx/fight/) in clients res folder - beware that the browser might hive you a https (ssl) misconfiguration warning - but you can allow for one time
