Why not? I'm not sure why this should change your ability to upload maps. Not that I know how you're saving them or whatever.

But i cant update any of those tiles that got deep water in them :/

That's certainly not what happens in the common case, at least. Can you reproduce this? Otherwise, I might be inclined to think that your OCD isn't so strong as you claim it to be, not least seeing how 0.7 is precisely what it what raise by if the stacks differed by one point.

Could blame you for the lack of any adequate in-game mapping tool though.
