I was ready to hate you for reducing map size, and I still do somewhat, but the charter stone thing looks great, thanks. I'm hoping the new resource is experience but I suppose we'll see that soon.

Still hoped to see features that give more incentives to socialization and more options for village management though.

And I also agree with the post above. defensive catapults will be interesting. Maybe they should also lose HP per hour to avoid villages spamming them.

Chebermech wrote:great update, but i don't think people will be subscribing much for extra 20 stats and 20% more bonus lp, especially since you can wear equipment which will make everyone more even. i think 250/300/350 would still be fair and make more people want to pay monthly, but then again, it will take a long time for some people to reach 250 so don't expect new subs for at least 2-3 months. About free accounts i really think your game worth at least something and if people want to experience your game, they can do it with 250 and if they like it they can pay at least once to get up to 300 so they will be able to compete with the subscribers if they want to compete, or even pay sub if they really are into it.

edit: also i think if people pay sub, it makes sense that they get verified automatically.

I agree with the free verification idea. Say if you subbed for 3 or 6 months maybe you get free verification for that account? I've been subbed since September and I have another account verified. It's worth a consideration.

Yes.

No.

200 map pixels, or circa 18 tiles.
Shrapnelx wrote:While i still absolutely HATE the level cap idea

I do want to emphasize that it is an experiment. If it is generally appreciated, I will admittedly be hesitant to remove it, but it is my expectation that it won't be that very appreciated and that it will be temporary. We do want to see what happens, however.

Yes.

Oh man, this sounds great. Now I just gotta try to figure if I should try to build my hermitage at a valuable regional resource knowing it'll make me a target!

That is not how it works right now, at least, and I don't expect we'll change it. We didn't actually even discuss it, though, so I'll try to bring it up with Jorb when both he and I are awake again.
