But Haven is like 99% lording over peasants with your high stats?

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

...
woah.

That's a... lot of stuff.

Eager to see a catapult working
Not eager to see one working outside my home :D
though I'm still undecided about playing W9 or not...

Anyway... I'm curious about the new resources. I foresee "Regional resources" and big needs for trading! I like that.
Although I didn't like the "discover charter stone" thing    so many plans of visiting Larpy friends frustrated.

The new payment model is... ermm... well... I'm unsure about caps and all that, but.. well, whatever. I'll wait to see how it plays out :P

Well, I guess that's all I wanted to comment :P
Oh, right! -- these housing soak values... it means I can now destroy old stupid houses for new, fancy houses without having to build a battering ram? YES!

While i still absolutely HATE the level cap idea, 300 is much more acceptable. LP rates are a bit pay2progressfaster, not technically pay2win, but bordering.. as a Sub, im both joyed and skeptical at the idea.

Seige sounds interesting, good work on changing it up. Can Catapults be used defensively to destroy other Catapults and Rams? And they obviously shoot over walls.. any clues on their max range?

Also.. one very important question, that you seem to completely have left out of the post.

The Altar of Ruin.. Is it staying? if so, what kind of limits are there for preventing another reset in a month?

It's amazing, I love it (followed my recommendation on subbing pretty closely :D ). You guys got yourself a sub starting tomorrow! Keep up the good work :D

great update, but i don't think people will be subscribing much for extra 20 stats and 20% more bonus lp, especially since you can wear equipment which will make everyone more even. i think 250/300/350 would still be fair and make more people want to pay monthly, but then again, it will take a long time for some people to reach 250 so don't expect new subs for at least 2-3 months. About free accounts i really think your game worth at least something and if people want to experience your game, they can do it with 250 and if they like it they can pay at least once to get up to 300 so they will be able to compete with the subscribers if they want to compete, or even pay sub if they really are into it.

edit: also i think if people pay sub, it makes sense that they get verified automatically.

THAT
IS
SO
AWESOME

Having defensive catapults near the battlements would be a new strategy. Really cool!

Is it 140% with subbed+verified??? This would be gr8
Also the stat difference between nonsubbed and subbed should be larger imo. 300 is a better cap than 200 at least!
