Do these new resource thingys respawn somewhere else after some time or they are static?

I think they are static and they respawn locally using a global pool.

Although I don't know all the details but I think its pretty random respawn amount and time? and I don't know about speed of respawn either because I was just harvesting and walking on...

It gives pearls, what those do, i got no idea. I think theyre a decent curio.

I got one, at quality 3 it occupies 15 attention, costs 10 exp, and gives 4238 lp. I don't know the study time, my int still isn't high enough, I heard someone say it's a little over an hour.

Got 5 from one shell, 5% after about 3 mins. so I would say study time is pretty fast
