me and my buddy built a house. and that seemed to crash the server. sorry. can you get it back up?

This is true though. I'm sure people would pay for cosmetics other than just hats. Or for structures that give a village a certain personality like flower pillars, skull spikes, hanging poles, marmor thrones etc.

They're just implementing Salem mechanics/items or whatever and then when confronted, denies it. Seriously?

What, really? I was comparing the time-gate aspect of the mechanic specifically. You can't possibly compare the TbF and the battering ram as "the same" mechanic?

What's with all the hate? Good fixes, especially the claim one, given we lost our village idol, palisade and half our players to repeated claim abuse.

Nothing suggests that they will take that route in Hafen. The subscriber bonuses are extremely tame, they got a long way to go before even considering that.
