When can we expect the optimization patch?

My pc from 2013 can run 3 clients without any fps drops on highest graphic options. 3 year old pc...

Doesn't really say much. Details about processor, RAM, GPU, VRAM, etc. are what's important in figuring out what can and can't run this game. Even then, that's not taking into account driver optimizations that may or may not have been made by the GPU manufacturers.
