Divine Judgment: The Case of overtyped vs 広島市

Facts: Overtyped was raided by members of the village 広島市 (Hiroshima). The raid was carried out by bypassing the visitor debuff by dismounting over the gate from a horse, which was reported to me in pm. Offenders claimed to have raided overtyped using the instruction from The Case of Willy Potter vs. Tartarus that bugraiding Wizards would for some time be overlooked.

Verdict: Overtyped is as far as we know not a wizard, and 広島市 will thus receive a mild rebuff meted out in the form of some random damage to their village. We will attempt to compensate overtyped in some reasonable way.

New Rules:

• You will be punished if you bypass the visitor debuff by using the dismount bug, either with a horse, or a wagon. We know about those bugs, will look to fix them, and you'll have to come up with something new. EDIT: These bugs should now be fixed as per this.
• You will verify any and all targets that you intend to glitch into with us before doing it, or you will be punished.

I would like to add that they knew full well that Overtyped wasn't a wizard, and that this punishment probably won't have any effect on them to begin with. Might be better to just completely restore Overtyped's character and what not, or figure out a way to punish them in a way that they will feel it.

I'd even go far as to say that that probably isn't even their main village, its probably just a proxy one at this point..

Also should add on since the village claim was used, this was pre-meditated far before the judgement against the wizards was given.
