At least we're not talking about cross-platform for mobile, it would be ten times worse. Windows is only good because I'm lazy and I can play other games with it ;)

I very much doubt wrecking balls will be used for siege. Their intention is indeed to fill the spot for the previous civil uses for battering rams, now that they require brimstone.
