Then every village would simply have an unclaimed hole in it where vault alts can log out, though.

yea i thought about this but im sure there are ways to counter it such as "you cant be exiled or leave the village while under siege" and you need rights to take these items although you would need to counter pclaim rights and counter people koing their alts and putting lewt on them

have 4 examples of <3 member villages getting raided with more than 3 catapults in the last week alone

They were probably asking for it. Did you ask what they
were wearing? But regardless, it shouldn't be impossible
to raid hermits. Update is fine, ty jorb 4 ur contributions

lol with how hard sieiging is now i would really love to see some completely random nabs getting sieged for no reason. it wont fukn happen ok theres no point in someone sieging complete noobs for no reason it takes like 16 hours of camping shit
you noobs should be happy that palibashing isnt a thing anymore that is all you noobs really deserve tbh

you noobs, love how personal you take everything, im just pointing out if you want any sort of player base your thought process is flawed

lol i dont see how it is flawed noobs shouldnt have special ways to defend themselves that big factions have have just because theyre noobs ur logic process is flawed bro

no, just no, subscription tokens are in hfs

Not that kind of looting, just their inventory/equipment so that they can't alt-vault it

Just NO. I quit Salem the day someone looted my real-money aquired gear (hat and mask) while my character was sleeping in a leanto. I took a break from the game and when I logged back in to play again eveything was gone. Don't do this shit here. I think the ratio in numbers - hermits vs big factions - is still in favor of hermits. Only because factions opinions are head more often and vocally on the forum it doesn't mean they are always right and the game should always suit their needs.

Why do you think that?

we pay because we love the game but every time you make a update where it takes longer for the average village to attempt to get stronger it gets frustrating. i mean the time we put into this game the money it just seems you could do more to promote people to want to get stronger. if i got to spend 125k for a ram that's 125k i cant put into melee to protect my self.

never said it should be impossible most of this was in response saying if your under siege you should be forced to stay logged in/removing alt vaults from large faction members. I like the changes too, my responses sorta derailed off of comments of others, sorry :P

In my opinion though, I don't believe everyone will resort to that, and without the option of alt-vaulting, they might end up trying different strategies like running away on horses with loot, etc (which was actually done by a village not too long ago, and was fun to hear about).

In history, there were actually times when people burned down their own livelihoods out of spite against enemies, so I guess it is a realistic option (a lot more realistic than magically disappearing with loot at least). I'd really like to see how it would work out, and what new things can sprout from this implementation. You never know until you try it.

I just want to see who does / doesn't want to try it out.
Also, I don't mean store gear (hats n tokens are ofc safe).

i mean do you think major villages that are already caped are going to care about 125k in points its going to be more the new players trying to make it.,

So by your logic as soon as I craft a dhelm or a decent armor/cape everyone out there is invited to kill/loot/trash everything I own? Are hermits required a dresscode of spruce-cap and nettle gear only?
