How can a man sleep while constantly wondering when the server will come back?!

How so? We added a way to dismount players, but didn't remove the current way.

Maybe put that strength check in when punching a horse to see if it dismounts? Or let people defend their horse with their maneuvers or something.

Ah, well, sure, perhaps. The main point wasn't to add a strength check, though; it was mostly just to make it easier to dismount riders.

I just think it's kind of important to know that you can double your shield rather easily.

Also, horses sprint away at like mach 5. That seems a little excessive. Especially combined with their obscene path finding skills.

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

My friend has 99(154) STR and I have 149 (209) STR on this character. My friend cannot flip me off my horse, says he lacks the strength. But he has over half my characters STR. Is this intended? How much do you need? I can toss him off. I like the sounds of the patch so far.

The last change to it with recycling has actually made it slightly better for me, I successfully repaired two items now and feel a bit happier about it. I still wish it wasn't based around the RNG failure rate though.

Other than that, update = don't hate it ... :P

Bit concerned about the up-coming combat changes though, I for once understand this system, lol, really don't want to go back to not being able to use it. Hopefully I'm worrying unnecessarily.

I will likely be hunting hedgies soon (really bad slang). this is clos to but not the update that will wake me from a semy slimber though.... I am playing but not and its not even the devs fault.... its a whole village of peoples fault.... so its an abandonment issue.... if I was hermiting this be all up and up. You guys shoud add things like tumble weeds (they did come from germy ect...) into the game.

Still need a warddrobe and maby some plan silk clothing.... but as I said before loving this update over all.

That sounds odd, because he should indeed only need half your strength. I can't say I can reproduce this problem myself.
