Oh well, just checked I actually have 3 quests, but the 2nd one turned on automatically. A bit unclear they must be done in a sequence.

No, I meant that the quest in question looked like this:
  • Go laugh at Methithu
  • Tell Ansdone of your exploits
You can't very well tell Ansdone of your exploits before you've done them. That is, laughing at Methithu.
