No, you complete all the other actions in any order before you report back.

As you pan the camera around it will fuck with the arrow and make it switch directions. I found this out after walking up a mountain in the wrong direction

Sorry for being confusing :) You can get the right direction in :cam bad if you put your camera perpendiculary to the surface.

Because you have two targets. Please learn2play.

He means that the 2 arrows make a 180 degree jump when you move your camera in a certain way.
