... we just did? I'm not convinced anyone who can rub two pine cones together should get to go hopping around.

People should have a village regardless because of the current siege system

Added a "Sublime Portico". A village may construct this Authority object, and use it to travel to Charter stones.

Please change this- Think of the little guys for this one. allow hermits and newbie to make a way to get to charter stones.

also I'm judging you for that style of portal. thats likely the post out there of all the Authority objects. why use that?

It's just 10 dreams, 20 stone and 6 bars of common metal. Most midgame players/hermits can do that ez pz.

Edit: Also, villages are pretty cheap and a single character can easily maintain it even with mediocre curios.

About the bleed damage to animals, it scales with their max hp, right?

Well there's a lot of danger to that one, and if it was implemented, I don't think you should be able to go very far. Having everyone jump around on the map probably isn't too easy on the server either.

Nope; what I'm testing this week is a rewrite of the object system that the server uses.

IMO it's not the village that's the hard part, it's the Rock Crystals that the Charter Stone requires.

Which, indeed, is not a problem with the Portico.
