The buff can only hold a certain amount of wound points, and as you begin approaching that amount, some damage is applied directly as a "Dragon Bite".

I think you should remove this and replace with some buff to combat stats, depending on points accumulated. So you have to choose - be a greate warrior with a really big chance to die if you missed a dose or be a good man... :)

Nice to see my suggestion (including instruction of making opium tar) got implemented after whole year. Now add ability to rape (preferably with combat-like moves list to physically and psichologically dominate victim) and ill be happy
