I may not be the most experienced player but I don't know if being able to mass produce bluebells is the greatest idea

I wouldn't say that, they would just be used in the proliferation of alts under that scenario.
And I guess the market value of them if in the process of crashing to near zero as they're soon as easy to produce as stalagooms.

Not sure why you can't do bluebells in pots already and why you need a credo for it...

I was going to comment about the "half dirt and water" part, but I guess if I were running dozens of pots for a village (or even just personal use), it'd be significant.
