Yep, stumps and old logs should spawn something inside (maybe a check when opening them?), like mushrooms, grubs, centipedes and sneks too!

Still hope that stealth will work with animals, maybe reducing also aggro size?

Oh yeah! Mushrooms and stuff would be cool tho.
Can't be a check when opening them tho, otherwise I foresee stump-opening bots on early world xD
But maybe a random chance on stump/log generation + decay hit system like trees to "respawn"

Also... It would be cool if the critters that could bite you (like snake) could be killed with a right click action, so if you find one you gotta be quick enough to right click and kill before they bite

Know what you mean, but animal aggro radius is not a fixed thing. There are factors that go into it, and I have no clue as to what they might even be. It's just like the bats not aggroing (well, not as likely) if you "crawl" past them.

I've been playing long enough to know it's not an accurate 'aggro' radius, lol, but at least it is a warning they are there! :D

I would also prefer it if they made some kind of sound to alert you rather than having a big red ring tbh. :)

I hear "Hartshorn" or maybe "Hartshorn Salve" is the cure

Might want to try (Just add red-deer Antler's to a cauldron)

This... though ever trip across a snake in the wilderness? They usually don't just go all aggro and bite as it's their means of catching dinner. They usually give some warning unless you quite literally step on them. I say usually because some species don't have complex warning systems like rattlesnakes, and some are highly aggressive. Anyway, when I'm actually in the wilderness, I usually can tell there's an animal nearby because you can hear them. Wild animals, especially dangerous ones, could just use more attention grabbing... if you're paying attention. It obviously shouldn't be a Klaxon siren. The minimap icons are good except the snakes... it needs changing. But the icons can get too cluttered. Maybe a way to turn some off.

About the only reason I use Amber at this point is finding specific trees and shrubs. There are a few other QoL things there that could be added, but nothing I'd say we strictly need.

I agree, while the custom clients have many great options over the "vanilla" client such as crop/tree growth status' auto fills and alarms, a bit less clutter to the mini map and a bit more ambient sounds from wildlife would be more immersive. Personally I do use the custom clients, yes for targeting certain trees/bushes as well as for improving fps since my system tends to show 12-18 fps on vanilla vs. 25-30 on custom with visual options set to minimal. As well as for growth status instead of spending more time using the inspect feature for trees. okay am rambling so there be my 1 and 1/2 cents worth.

I can confirm that Hartshorn salve treats Seal Finger. Just treated one now.
