If the Dock is open to water on both sides can a second knarr be added as it's home dock? also, when teleporting the knarr to it's home dock is there a primary side that is designated as the "Home" side? the graphic model looks great btw, and I look forward to the day we can walk on these as well as any forth coming player interaction structures.

Any number of Knarrs can have it as its home dock. Yes, it checks both sides for placement.

Also, can docks be bashed by hand?
Also also, does catapulting a dock damage the claim shield?

Worth noting, if anything, that there needs to be room by the dock when teleporting back to it.

It works like any normal non-wall, non-house object in that way.
