Protecting/Harbouring bug abusers and griefers, does that count as innocent though?

it has nothing to do with the bug abuse that happened smh
the punishment should be direct

From my understanding, multiple people within your group knew about the bug well in advance. Yet, for some odd reason, no one decided to report it.

bug abusing is devs fault because they were the ones who made the bug. players should not be punished.

Are you suggesting that the villages of bug abusers should go safe just because there are other people living there too?

do you have any proof of this bullshit you are writing here or just throwing some random shit around?
for you the best will be maximize the damage done to the enemy faction even though 99% didn't have anything to do with it.

no punish them good so that people will remember this and never abuse bugs again before reporting it. this way people will just abuse it and think nothing of it.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

Punishing everyone affiliated with the bug exploiter would definitely make future people who find bugs fear using them.
