is it intended for carts/(probably) other moveables to not pass through hearthfires? that's the case currently.

Perfect solution for the dugout thing! I'm lovin' it!
Now add a drying time for tarring rowboats, knarrs, etc, and we're golden!

I think dugouts should be 15-30 minutes instead. An hour is a tad bit excessive.

Also what about soap changes? They should be buffed.
