Isnt hetzner offer ssd to any server?

Unless I just missed it, Hetzner didn't use to offer servers with both SSD and HDD, and I do need the storage space. Now they do offer servers with both, however. Additionally, I/O hasn't really been a huge problem until now, so given that I needed the space, adding an SSD didn't really start crossing my mind until relatively recently.

Additionally, I can't help but wonder if the block cache shouldn't be enough, quite simply. I do wonder if it isn't almost to be classified as a bug in the storage stack that it isn't.
