This was already pointlessly inconsequential, what was this supposed to 'fix'? The addition of pipeweed to nerf travel-weariness was already a mistake, and its consequences were never an issue. Yeah, the buff is supposed to be on Chef's Hats, but instead it's on the Straw Hat's tooltip. But, doesn't actually give any bonus to it whilst wearing the straw hat.

Nor does wearing a Chef's Hat seem to confer any bonus to cooking.
