Well, was going to say how much I missed Ardennes as it help this disabled person play HnH and enjoy doing things I couldn't do in the real world anymore like gardening and exploring but this feels like a "screw you all haha!" Damn.

Ard is broken

Ender's broken

Amber is glitchy as hell from not being able to log in on a char without errors and constant crashing to logging in but all your clothes and inventory is wiped I say this is a great start to The Four Seasons of HnH

Because whatever planet the Hearthlands are on has a highly elliptical orbit and no discernible axial tilt, quite simply. I thought that was obvious :D

This means summer should be the shortest season. Whenever you are closer to sun - your speed should be maximum.

We can't have 15 days in a row without midges, it would ruin immersion.

What does fallow mean, they stop growing? Usually when I hear fallow that means nothing is planted.

Although you are correct from the orbital mechanics perspective, seasons on Earth are not determined only by the proximity to the sun. That's where the axial tilt comes in. If the Haven world doesn't have a sufficiently high tilt, the seasons will be less extreme. Just like the ones implemented here.

There, I think I finally managed to track this down. Should be fixed.
