What is comes with this? Are you planning to rewrite server side to allow scalability, load balancing, containerization etc?
Is that a first steps for steam and bigger online?

Steam aside, the server was pretty CPU-bottlenecked during this last reset, so that's the main motivation. As a side effect, successful parallelization should also mean far less global lag.

To clarify that statement, it is those accounts that have bought a subscription that count; gametime gained via tokens wasn't taken into account.

I did not. I said it's difficult for us to test it meaningfully. I do not doubt that it can be tested, hence a test environment planned.
