96% use windows, and most of those running windows 7 are just stubborn, I think that it is reasonable to assume that those running windows 7 have similar hardware to people using windows 10, because reason for staying with windows 7 is not hardware (minimal requirements for win7 and 10 are equal). Actually, they might even have better hardware than people running windows 10, because those stubborn people often are somewhat into computers ( at least my own experience). And drivers for at least opengl 4.5 exist for win7 if they exist for win10 for sure as well.
3% use mac, all even somewhat recent macs support OpenGL 4.1. Those using macs more than 10 years old are a VERY VERY small minority yet again. (few % of few % of 1000 players is like 1 guy)
Less than 1% use linux, but we can just ignore those on this matter.
