I got around to testing the combat some this week. I'm not combat guru, but I liked it well enough. Its definitely more engaging than the current system, even if it has its own rough edges.

Not sure what would constitute more centralized than the current server. Moving it closer to America would move it further away from Russia. I think it's about as central to the current player-base as it can be.

Well, like, that's exactly one of the things that this was supposed to improve on.

also can we get move queueing back? its really annoying when you quick dodge at like 0.1 seconds left basically need to smash my quickdodge key everytime.

Such a shame we are now in sunk cost fallacy levels of development. I look forward to sitting out of the game until combat becomes an option for me again.

Real arguments instead of this passive-aggressive nothing.

Please add animals to the combat server so we can fight when noone is online.

I fail to see you leading by example with a boomer comic but I'll happily pm you critique later if you'll actually read it and discuss.

Classic Jorb quote. Can't wait to enjoy the fallout of this combat system going live and people fully grasping how pointless it is to try to compete with Mother Russia and her 30 ms ping. Given that this rewrite is supposedly PVP centered, you're really not putting enough weight behind how much latency matters in a "skill based" system such as this.
