maybe uh, make it so that you can't memorize deceased/skeletal animals, also a button to select all to clear the roster would be appreciated

The Calendar will now display a date as a tooltip, expressed as (ingame) years, months, and days since the beginning of the current world.

Does it tell you the current season as well?

Not in the tooltip, but seasons have been illustrated with different Calendar images ever since they were implemented.

Great update. Would you consider changing the "select area" function from shift-clicking the adventure icon to a button within the cattle roster? As far as I'm aware you can't shift click any other icons in the menu, so having this one specific functionality begs the question if it occurs elsewhere.

Small complaint, but would help noobs who would otherwise not know of its functionality without first asking or reading about it

It does at least say how it works in the tooltip.

Very nice to polish some things like that. Now only if we had bounding boxes.. I really cannot come up with too many features that are more important than those!
