Game Development: Whitemetal Rain

We've been developing, and here's what's new.

New Implementations
-----------------------
  • Added rain! From now on, it will occasionally rain in the Hearthlands. For now, the effect is only *IMMERSIVE AF*, and a server wide toggle that we set, but we would like some feedback on the effect in terms, primarily, of performance. We aim to expand on the actual mechanics of rain over the coming weeks, so feel free to suggest things rain should do. Sprout mushrooms, turn off winged insects, increased chances of catching fish, fill up open containers, earthworms and toads everywhere, boost crops, "Soaking Wet" debuff causing internal bleeding and -25 Con modifiers to everyone, &c&c. The design space is boundless. Jokes aside, I think the effect is pretty cool, and I hope it can give the game an added touch of fairy dust. We also want to make the effect localized, add some clouds to the horizon meter to indicate it, &c&c. It's mostly a start, but I was pretty eager to roll it out. I hope you like it as much as I do.
  • Added "Bush Rolls", wilderness offal food.
  • Added "Pan-Seared Fish", strength food made from fish.
  • Added "Whitemetal Ring", ring made from lead or tin.
  • Added "Whitemetal Cup", drinking cup made from lead or tin.
  • Added "Lead Talisman", necklace made from lead.
  • Added "Divination in Lead", curiosity made from lead.
  • Added "Turtleshell Helmet", helmet made from a "Bog Turtle Shell".

Key Fixes
-----------------------
  • Reduced the building cost of "Kiln" from 45 "Clay" to 35.
  • "Boar Spear"s and "Tinker's Throwing Axe"s should no longer be made from glass, and break significantly less often.

Small Fixes
-----------------------
  • "Plumb-Bob" now requires an "Alloying Crucible", rather than an "Anvil", to make.
  • Reduced cost of "Lizard on Scales" from 2 "Decent-sized Conifer Cone" to 1.
