But why ask? Snail isn't a player, Snail is an idea. Idea that:

1. You can and to some extent, should play game as you wish, including abusing mechanics. This is just a different type of game.
2. If you are afraid to be killed for "nothing" - same as in poker - don't play games with death. This is also true for being banned.
3. You can measure "good" only by having "bad". Where hermits prosper - there will be raiders. There must be raiders.

Account can be banned, player can be somewhat blocked, but ideas hardly can be.
