game cashed and my was character whiped

i was walking along and no players around no animals near and my game shut down and it came back up and my character was whiped! and my friends looking everywhere to see what caused it, there's no scent, no blood, nothing around

and my new character started out wit 8 strength and 8 constitution

Dont suppose u accidently walked into a river or something?
